Ulrichsweb provides information on a quarter of a million journals and serials from all over the world. It gives users access to serials information beyond the title level, with links to tables of contents, article abstracts, journal full-text, and document delivery. These are some of the details you can find:

Subject classification of all titles.
Links to journal homepages.
ISSN, former title(s) history, variant titles, editorial and classification data, start year, frequency, and more.
Pricing, subscription, publisher and distribution details.
