Thesaurus Linguae Graecae (TLG Online)

The TLG Digital Library contains virtually all Greek texts surviving from the period between Homer (8th century B.C.) and A.D. 600 and the majority of surviving works up the fall of Byzantium in A.D. 1453. TLG Online provides access to 3,700 authors and 12,000 works, approximately 91 million words.

Information about the authors and works included in the TLG Library is stored in a database known as the Canon of Greek Authors and Works. The database is open to the public.

Please note: In order to be able to access TLG each user needs to create a user profile in addition to IP authentication.

You may browse and search the materials on this site but you may not download them. Copying of TLG® web pages is strictly prohibited.
